About Me

Originally from Lousiana, Ted was raised in a real estate family as his parents owned an insurance and real estate firm in his younger years.  Ted moved to Houston in 1992 starting his own sales career in the automotive industry.  He began his own real estate journey in 1999 and had been an agent / broker ever sense.  He has also held broker licenses in MD and Wy and helped teams facilitate land sales in over a dozen states across the US.  This equates to thousands of satisfied buyers, tens of thousands of acres and hundreds of millions in sales.  Ted credits his decades of success to being fortunate early on and through his career, to get to work with some of the best companies and people in the country.  “Taught by the best” on how to best treat customers, employees and colleagues in total customer satisfaction and business.  These days Ted  is selling land and ranches to kids of some of the people he sold early in his career, priding himself on complete customer satisfaction, repeat and referral business.  Ted has a passion for land and doing just about anything active and outdoors.  He loves to vacation to new places with his family including boats, beaches, and mountains.  His favorite time of the year is the fall and loves going for walks and hiking.
